[Review of the fluorometric determination of urinary estrogens]

The main methods for aisolation, purification and quantification of human urine estrogens are described. The authors also analyze the historical evolution of the methods for assessing estrogens in women's urine during the menstrual cycle and during pregnancy, particularly they stress the importance of the evolution in automatic methods.
