Abstract:
The present paper aims at the search for radioactively labelled non-biodegradable particles of a suitable size, whose release from dosage forms and the fate in the organism can be examined scintigraphically. Particles of resins of the Amberlit and Dowex type labelled with 99mTc and 113mIn show a high efficacy of labelling. These model radioactive particles can be used in the dry form or in the form of a suspension for further studies of drug distribution from peroral dosage forms.
