Summary

E-selectin expression in porcine skin flaps varies with ischemia type. Arterial ischemia/reperfusion shows peak E-selectin at 1 hour reperfusion, while venous ischemia peaks early in ischemia. Distal ischemia shows delayed, localized E-selectin expression.
