Abstract
Purpose:
To describe a woman with blepharophimosis syndrome and menstrual abnormality who developed endometrial carcinoma.
Methods:
A 26-year-old woman with blepharophimosis syndrome and menstrual abnormality had increased serum luteinizing hormone and serum follicle-stimulating hormone levels. She was followed up for 5 years.
Result:
She developed endometrial carcinoma.
Conclusions:
Patients with blepharophimosis syndrome and menstrual abnormality should be examined gynecologically. Hormone-dependent endometrial carcinoma may develop.
