[Differential reassociation curves in studying genome structure]

Reassociation kinetics and molecular structure of hepatocytes DNA of rabbits Shinshilla, Marder breeds and their hybrids have been measured. It is shown that hybrids genome is not the simple sum of donors genome. The hybrids genome has new specific feature of molecular organisation which different from donors genome.
