Abstract:
The plague epidemic in India in 1994 has set off an international alarm signal. After describing plague through an epidemic view, this study tries to deal with the characteristics of this indian epidemic and the measures taken as local and international levels. This work also questions us concerning the real risk of a plague epidemic from the indian source.
