Summary

To minimize side effects from growth hormone (GH) replacement therapy, doses for adult growth hormone deficiency (GHD) patients should not exceed 1.0-1.5 IU/m2/day based on age. Monitoring serum IGF-I levels is crucial for optimizing treatment.
