Summary

Carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) did not induce chromosomal aberrations in mouse bone marrow or peripheral blood cells. Micronucleus tests confirmed CCl4 is not genotoxic under these experimental conditions, indicating safety for bone marrow cells.
