Background:
- Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease strongly associated with specific Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) class II alleles, particularly HLA-DRB1.
- The role of other HLA loci, such as HLA-DQB1 and HLA-DPB1, in RA susceptibility and disease modulation remains less defined.
Purpose of the Study:
