Abstract:
The JADA ON CD-ROM program is a single-title electronic reference resource covering journals published from 1990 through 1995. Features related to browsing and searching the archive and selected recommendations for improving the program have been presented. In addition, several philosophical questions related to electronic product design and publishing have been raised. It is hoped that the ideas presented here will be considered when publishers attempt to improve on existing electronic reference products or create new ones.
