Abstract:
We report on a 28 year old woman with congenital ventricle-septum defect and Eisenmenger-reaction who developed acute GvHD on 10th postoperative day after successful heart-lung transplantation. The patient died on the 34th postoperative day of dissociated brain death after intracerebral bleeding.
