Summary
This case report describes a rare malignant phyllodes tumor with invasive ductal carcinoma. The aggressive tumor metastasized rapidly, leading to the patient's death within months.

Background:

- The patient experienced rapid disease progression with widespread pulmonary and subcutaneous metastases post-mastectomy.
