[Congenital type II dyserythropoietic anemia]

Histological and ultrastructural characteristics in congenital dyserythropoetic anaemia are demonstrated on the basis of three observations. The limited diagnostic importance of isolated morphological abnormalities is stressed, with an exception of the sub-surface cistern. Morphological abnormalities vary in the percentage frequency of expression in various patients.
