[Ovarian and oviduct tuberculosis imitating ovarian neoplasm]

The case of organ tuberculosis with an enormous abdominal dropsy in a 57 year old woman is presented. It was diagnosed before the operation as ovary cancer. The histopathological examination of the taken during the operation tissues permitted to diagnose of tuberculous salpingitis. The specific therapy of the patient led to her complete recovery.
