[Current problems in the primary prevention of diseases of the internal organs]

The authors submit an individualized programme of prophylactic and health promotion measures to be instituted on the basis of assessment of the environmental factors impact, health status (age, sex, nationality etc.), pattern of rebuilding in the principal homeostatic systems. Participation of scientists, physicians-practitioners, every individual is essential in the realization of the programme, but there is no alternative to it. A problem of such an importance as health and future of the nation warrants the state institutes of power to be involved to solve it.
