[Microcirculation and humoral immunity in patients with alcoholic hepatopathies]

Evaluation of 165 patients with chronic alcoholism presenting with affection of the liver of alcoholic genesis revealed pronounced disturbances in microcirculation and humoral immunity, manifested by rise in the levels of the circulating immune complexes (CIC), dysbalance in the blood serum immunoglobulins and increase in the concentration of natural inhibitory factor. There has been established correlation between CIC level and degree of disturbances in microhemodynamics, which fact suggests common pathogenetic mechanisms of disturbances in the immune system and microcirculation.
