  • Surgical resection and histopathological analysis were performed.

  • Histopathology showed spindle-shaped neoplastic cells in a myxoid stroma with collagen fibers and irregular blood vessels.
  • Immunohistochemistry revealed vimentin positivity.
  • The patient remained symptom-free 15 months post-surgery.
