Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the clinical and histopathological effects of Neodymium-doped Yttrium Aluminum Garnet (Nd:YAG) laser on weeping root canals.
  • To assess the efficacy of Nd:YAG laser in achieving canal dryness and reducing periapical inflammation.

  • Nd:YAG laser application at 15 pulses per second/1.50 watts for 2-2.5 minutes to the apical portion of weeping canals.
