[A case of Wegener's syndrome with a long evolution]

Presentation of a case of Wegener syndrome with two remarkable atypisms: multiple visceral localizations and evolution lasting over 17 years without any chemotherapy. Discussion of these abnormalities, particularly of the importance, in this slow evolution, of an early exeresis of the granuloma in the upper airways.
