[Treatment by judicial obligation of alcohol dependent persons]

Treatment without consent of alcohol dependent persons has persisted for years in Poland. Only judicature determines obligation to treatment, which can be realized in ambulatory treatment or psychiatric ward. There are positive and negative aspects of such treatment. This article shows most of them, proposing a discussion of this problem again.
