Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of simultaneous bilateral percutaneous nephrolithotomy (SBPN) combined with subarachnoid Duramorph.
  • To compare outcomes of SBPN with subarachnoid Duramorph against staged bilateral PCN for large bilateral kidney stones.
