[Effect of the protease inhibitor--contrical--on granulation tissue metabolism]

Studies of the influence of contrycal on metabolism of rat granulation tissue showed that this protease inhibitor stimulated C14-glycine incorporation into collagen proteins and caused reorganization of the isoenzyme LDH spectrum; at the same time there was a delay in the maturation of the granulation tissue with its marked growth.
