Summary

Transmyocardial Laser Revascularisation (TMR) using a Xenon-Chloride Excimer laser is a feasible option for patients with severe angina unsuitable for conventional treatments. This minimally invasive procedure offers sustained relief from angina and improved recovery.

Background:
