Abstract:
Female patient, aged 63 died after 5 years of progressive dementia. Autopsy revealed multiple sclerosis, diffuse lymphoplasmocytic encephalitis, and Alzheimer's disease. Possible pathogenetic connections between these disease entities are discussed.
