Summary

A rare malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the adrenal gland was identified in a healthy 59-year-old male. Diagnostic challenges arose from a retroperitoneal mass, with CT-guided biopsy yielding inconclusive results for this rare hematological malignancy.
