Summary

Ginseng saponins, specifically ginsenosides Rb1 and Rg1, effectively reduced methamphetamine-induced hyperactivity and conditioned place preference in mice. These compounds also counteracted dopamine receptor changes, suggesting their potential in treating stimulant-induced behaviors.
