Associative elaboration and integration scales for evaluating TAT protocols

    Summary

    This study developed the Associative Elaboration Scale for Thematic Apperception Test (TAT) interpretation. Findings show TAT associative elaboration scores increase rapidly until age 11, then plateau, independent of IQ.
