Simultaneous adrenal and multiple bilateral renal cysts

Background:

Benign adrenal gland cysts are exceptionally rare clinical findings.

A case of a patient presenting with an asymptomatic right adrenal cyst and bilateral multiple renal cysts.
Diagnostic imaging modalities included excretory urograms with tomograms, renal aortography, and ultrasound scanning.

Non-invasive diagnostic techniques successfully established a definitive diagnosis.
