The Resource Model incorporates the varied resources available from the worksite, community, and professional realms. 2. Although the domain of the client focuses on the workplace, the concept of "client" may include individuals in the workplace, as well as workers' families, the worksite organization, and the local community. 3. Using a collaborative team process, the occupational health nurse is a leader and coordinator maximizing resources for the most appropriate and realistic health and safety program.
