Crossreactivity of workshop monoclonal antibodies with canine blood leukocytes

A selection of 164 monoclonal antibodies for determinants on porcine cells were tested on canine leukocytes by flow cytometry. Eighteen mAbs proved to be crossreacting and 16 of these reacted uniformly with cells of three unrelated dogs while two displayed a polymorphic reaction pattern.
