This study examined how sintering time affects the quality of Flexoceram inlay porcelain before mechanical testing. The researchers followed the manufacturer's recommended firing procedure but changed the sintering duration from 9 to 10 minutes. They found that extending the sintering time resulted in less porous samples, suggesting that the manufacturer's recommendation could be improved. The study used qualitative methods to assess structural flaws and did not include mechanical testing. The findings indicate that adjusting sintering parameters may enhance material performance.
