Summary
The blood-brain barrier (BBB) remained intact in patients with chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after allogeneic bone marrow transplants. This study found no evidence of BBB disruption in cerebrospinal fluid proteins, suggesting no central nervous system involvement in chronic GVHD.
