Summary

Belgian Waterslager canaries show altered vestibular function, with higher response thresholds and reduced amplitudes in vestibular evoked potentials (VsEPs). Morphological analysis revealed disordered stereociliary bundles in their saccules, suggesting a link to functional deficits.
