Abstract:
Sertoli Cell Only (SCO) syndrome coexisting with varicocoele is presented. Patient was submitted to complex surgical and hormonal treatment. After 6 months of treatment motile spermatozooa were found. This case is presented with regard to statistics of other such syndromes.
