[Diffusion disorders in patients with liver cirrhosis]

    Summary

    Patients with liver cirrhosis have impaired pulmonary gas exchange. This study found reduced diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide (DLCO) and alveolar membrane (DMCO) in these patients, suggesting capillary bed changes.
