[Stomach motility and lyspafen]

    Summary

    Lyspafen significantly reduced stomach motility in healthy individuals after a two-day oral intake. This effect, attributed to diffenoxin-hydrochloride, was enhanced by atropine sulfate and appeared independent of clinical diagnosis.
