[Socioecohomic data on 447 hospitalized former prisoners of war]

The authors have analyzed the social files of all former POWs hospitalized at the Ste-Ode Hospital (Belgium) during one year. They found numerous significant results, that might be the subject of further analyses: i.a., frequent professionally inactive people, despite their age; 5 more times divorces than in the general belgian population; neglect of mental disorders in the attribution of a war invalidity.
