    Summary

    Cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy experienced a gradual reduction in blood pressure during treatment. This effect was more pronounced in older individuals and those with initially higher blood pressure.

    • Clinicians should be aware of potential blood pressure changes and associated symptoms like positional vertigo and nausea.
