Isolated and atypical manifestations of Scheuermann's disease

In addition to the typical form of Scheuermann's disease, atypical and localized manifestations also occur. Examples are paradiscal defects and the development of vertebral synostosis. These unusual manifestations are illustrated by reference to a number of patients.
