Adrenal hemangiomas are rare benign tumors. Characteristic calcifications on imaging can aid in diagnosing these incidentally discovered adrenal masses.

Background:

Adrenal hemangiomas are uncommon, benign, nonfunctioning tumors originating from vascular channels.
Typically found in the skin and liver, adrenal hemangiomas are rarely reported in clinical cases.

Observation:

Two incidental cases of adrenal hemangiomas are presented, discovered during evaluations for non-urologic symptoms.
Surgical removal and postoperative diagnosis confirmed adrenal hemangiomas in both patients.

Findings:

Preoperative imaging, including CT scans, revealed pathognomonic phleboliths (round calcifications with translucent centers) in one case.
The characteristic radiologic finding of phleboliths, though rare, is crucial for identifying adrenal hemangiomas.
