    Conclusions:

    • Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) offers a superior and sustained seal compared to conventional amalgam and Super-EBA.
    • Glass ionomer cements also provide a better seal than amalgam and Super-EBA over the long term.
    • MTA's excellent sealing properties make it a highly reliable material for root-end fillings.
