Summary
Idiopathic membranous glomerulonephritis (IMGN) can coexist with diffuse thin glomerular basement membrane (dTGBM). Microhematuria was more common in patients with both conditions, but prognosis was similar, suggesting dTGBM patients may fully recover.

Background:
