[Method for drainage of abdominal cavity in disseminated forms of peritonitis]

For ensuring continuous and reliable drainage of abdominal cavity the author has proposed originally developed special instrument named as "trocar-guide", which provides the possibility for insertion drainage in the lowest point of abdominal cavity--at the "entrance into the small pelvis". Safety of introduction of the tube, and simplicity of the procedure makes it accessible for every operating surgeon. Trocar-guide was used in 5 cases of disseminated-forms of peritonitis with good result.
