Teaching managed care to hospital staff

Meeting the challenge of providing managed care information to hospital staff necessitates a creative approach to content and teaching techniques. Examples are provided for selecting information to be taught and methods for presenting it in a way that encourages participation and follow through in the workplace. Evaluation involves evaluating the quantity and quality of ideas generated by the learners, as well as visiting different departments to ensure implementation of those ideas.
