Clinical nutrition: opportunity in a changing health care environment

This article summarizes presentations from a satellite symposium, "Clinical Nutrition: Opportunity in a Changing Health Care Environment," held July 26, 1997, at the 37th annual meeting of the American Society for Clinical Nutrition in Montreal.
