Background:

Visual field defects can indicate serious neurological or ocular conditions.
Accurate diagnosis of visual field loss is critical for appropriate patient management.

Observation:

Two patients presented with uniocular hemianopia detected by Humphrey visual field analysis.
One patient also exhibited bilateral peripheral visual field constriction.

Findings:

Functional visual field defects were confirmed using Goldmann perimetry.
Observed field defects demonstrated spontaneous improvement, returning towards normal parameters.

Implications:

Recognizing unusual patterns in computerized perimetry is essential for diagnosing rare functional field loss.
