Prevention and managed care

Physicians claim they don't have enough time for each patient. They say they have too much paperwork, and there is too little or no reimbursement. Patients complain that physicians and managed care companies are too concerned about their own well being. Managed care executives worry that prevention costs too much and they won't receive an immediate bottom line return on their investments. There are plenty of excuses for why prevention's not being practiced.
