Summary

Lymphocytes from myasthenic thymoma (Th-L) show enhanced lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) activity compared to non-thymoma thymus lymphocytes (NTh-L). Th-L cells may play a key role in the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis with thymoma.
