Abstract:
Ten cases pregnant chronic glomerule diseases patients were treated. 4 cases complicated hypertension and renal failure were failed to maintain their pregnancy. 6 cases whose glomerule disease were active but not complicated with hypertension and/or renal failure had their pregnancy successed. The results suggest that three factors should be put attention for pregnancy success in cases with concomitant chronic glomerule diseases. 1) Accurate evaluation of the criteria to allow pregnancy for patients with chronic glomerule diseases. 2) Immunosuppressive therapy should be maintained during pregnancy. 3) Regular follow up to detect and treat the complications promptly during pregnancy is never over emphysized.
