Anaplastic large-cell lymphoma of null-cell type with multiple bone involvement

This case report details a young man with anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) of the null-cell type, presenting with severe neurological deficits due to spinal involvement. Despite aggressive treatment, the patient experienced bone marrow relapse and succumbed to the disease.
